Kris over at INDIELOVE was kind enough to feature me on her blog this morning! I had contacted her about advertising, and she just so happened to be looking for some art to feature... I suppose that could be considered being somewhere at just the right time. :)
Like most people I love reading what other people feel when they see my art. If emotions, and memories are stirred then I feel I have finally become an artist. Looking back when I was a child, I believe my first dream was to become an artist. I imagine there were quite a few kids that thought the same... but I feel very fortunate to be doing what I enjoy doing. It really does feel good to be inspired by something small, and turn it into something I not only love... but that others can connect to. *sigh*
Anywho... I think I am going to stop tweaking the blog design for a bit. There is still alot I would like to do, but I have a drawing almost finished that keeps getting put off. I need to get some of my wifely/motherly duties accomplished, and hopefully finish that drawing up by tomorrow.
