Need your feedback!
Hello everyone!
I have been super busy, and yet having SO much fun. I just finished up my first two embroidery kits... and would love some feedback on them.
I am also attaching two free embroidery patterns (one from each finished kit) for your use.
If you find time to try them out, please upload your finished (or works in progress) creations HERE. Yep... I now have a flickr group! It is dedicated just to the patterns, I thought it would be so much fun to actually see my patterns in use... with YOUR creative talent at work.
{This is completely off topic, but I should create a flickr group for people to upload my art in their new homes! That would be fun to follow along...}
If you haven't learned how to embroider... you totally should! I think embroidery is starting to make a comeback... and I truly feel it is because of the trendier patterns I am seeing available more often, I know that is what got me started... elsie flannigan also creates some super cute patterns, and it completely inspired me to learn the craft. JUST so I could use her patterns. Her patterns and this kit by jenny hart gave me a good start. :) I got about halfway through my first project (still lacking the lingo) and was so inspired to create my own patterns, that I got to work right away. I decided I had some line drawings already that would make perfect patterns, so I formatted them yesterday, and uploaded them to flickr. I am really excited to add them to my shop, but really wanted to get some feedback first. So far the kit has been sent to two people, and I would love to send it to 2 of my blog readers for review. The first two people who request the kit, will have it e-mailed on over. Just leave a comment (and be sure to have your e-mail address registered) and I'll get it sent asap!
-Also if any of you bloggers would like to post the free patterns on your blog, that would be great!

How do I download the free patterns? They look so cute!
