My nephew had his third birthday a couple weeks ago. :) My sister and Brother in law planned a fun super hero themed party. The girls decorated they're own capes out of garbage bags, printed logos I designed on the computer, and packaging tape. I let them decorate an eye mask cut-out of felt... well I really did Journeys for her, and let her pick the colors... Here they are on they're way to Papa and Grandma's for the party:
and a few of the decorations:
They made capes for the kiddos from fleece blankets they picked up for 1.00 a piece. Combined it with printer fabric, and the kids had customized capes. :)
They used velcro for the corners. :)
my sister-in-law made him a batman cake, and Journey a hello kitty cake, since they missed her birthday. :) Journey LOVED it... and I have to say they were both yummy cakes Shaela!! :)
My sister ordered this batman cape from etsy, but I'm not sure who the seller was, maybe I can do an etsy must have feature on them once I find out from her who the seller was... because she did a fantastic job on the cape! :)
Well, I hope you are having a great day. This party has inspired me to do a comic style overlay set. :) I think that would be a FUN one to use... especially for kids!
