How is your day? I've been listening to Christmas music (yes, you DID hear that right) and trying to finish up a set of Christmas overlays... I was really lacking inspiration but I am SO happy to say that I have TWO sets almost finished! One of the sets even has 12 shapes. My biggest yet! :) I think it is safe to say that the Christmas music helped... :) I still need to put the files together and send them off to my suuuper creative team. But I'll try to share a sneek peek a little later in the week. :)
After this set, I won't be releasing another set until the end of september. I've really been dreading talking about this, because I think I am in somewhat of a denial state, but Trin starts school this year and I have been having such a hard time letting her "spread her wings." She has been ready for MONTHS, and is really looking forward to it... but me NOT SO MUCH. I'm definitely going to miss her spending her days at home with me. So after this Christmas set is released I am going to try and soak up every last minute of summer, and try my hardest to document and record these memories of her being "little" because I know once she starts school she will officially be a "BIG girl"
I'll still be blogging and keeping up with the shop... so no worries there! :)
All you mothers out there who have gone through the same thing: How did you cope/adjust? Any tips?
