Hello guys. How are you? I LOVE today's quote... In fact, I have been working on a print using that very same quote for awhile now. I havent been able to get it just right, so I'm taking a much needed break to hopefully get me out of the artists' block stage! ;)
I did finish up a new print, in "Wherever We Are Together That Is Home" series. :) See....
I added a couple new textures to this version, and switched up the writing just a bit. :) I have plans for the same print but with a houseboat, and a motohome! :) Actually, I think I may even have a sketch for a tudor style home finished somewhere around here... I need to find that and finish another version! :) Because... I seriously cant get enough of this phrase. It isnt that obvious is it? ;) Anyhow, you can find that print in my etsy shop HERE... and the other two versions HERE. Dont forget there is a 35% off sale live for the next couple of days too! :)
In other digital news, I should have a 2012 senior overlay set ready and available here in the next couple of days... and I'm in the super early stages of working on a pet overlay set. :) I'm collaborating with one of the most talented pet photographers out there... so I am REALLY excited to share more details in the next week! :)
Today is Trin's last day of school.... so my schedule is going to be changing a bit. Being able to sleep in every morning is going to be the worst thing for me! :) Right now I wake up about 6:15 with Jaydon and get him off to work, then I have just about a half hour before I need to wake up Trin and get her ready for school. She jumps on the bus at 7:30, and then I feel like it is just a little too late to go back to bed at that point. So, I stay up and always feel really good about that, I get MUCH more done.
BUT... now that I have a choice... (cue the jeapordy tick tock music) I'll have a daily battle with myself every morning, and I am sure my nice comfy bed will win every time. :) So, I'm expecting to be a little less productive this summer, and if for some odd reason it doesnt turn out that way... then I'll just count it a bonus. I mean, I shouldnt feel guilty? It is called the lazy days of Summer for a reason right? :)
Okay, enough jabbering! I'm off to do something productive. ;)
