The motorhome is coming along nicely. I think we might be about 75% done with it now. :) I have been tackling small projects up until now...
like covering the refrigerator in chalkboard contact paper (verdict is still out on whether or not I would recommend it, so far it seems my chalk scratches the surfaces)

I love how it really blends with the space now, and I think the girls will have fun with it. :) I bought dust free chalk, and that may be why it seems like it scratches?
I also sprayed the toilet with some krylon indoor/outdoor plastic spray paint. It looks SOO much better now!

Spraying the toilet made the countertop look better in my opinion. :) Maybe it is because one shade of mustard yellow is better than two shades? :) Yesterday we started the strenuous task of pulling up ALL the staples. Oh my goodness, there must be like 300+ of them. We quit last night and just as soon as we finish up breakfast we'll be heading back out again. I'm SO anxious to see the floor start coming down. :)
We're kinda sorta planning our FIRST camping trip in the motorhome THIS weekend! It was very spur of the moment, and Jaydon happens to be in between jobs so he has this week off. I doubt it will be 100% finished, like my curtains still wont be made... and the cockpit area will probably still be carpeted... but I'm going to be okay with that... really I WILL. ;)
(the fact that we will be camping with NO service whatsoever, means I'll have to close both my shops down for the weekend, so if you need something purchase before Thursday!)
Speaking of curtains, have I told you how much I LOVE this fabric?
I also bought a rice paper shower curtain from Target.com:
I liked the fact that I can cut it to fit my space. Although right now it is simply folded in half and the excess is tucked inside the shower. :) It works!
Well... that is it for the updates. Fingers crossed that we can the rest of the staples up this MORNING!!
