It is officially November, and time for me to start gearing up for black friday in BOTH shops! I've finally ordered my packaging, ink, and holiday packaging goodies! I decided to design and gift these holiday tags this year. So, every order placed in my etsy shop (after Thanksgiving) will receive a sheet of these gift tags on 8.5x11 heavy postcard paper. I then decided to spread the love even more and offer them in a free pdf printable, so you can print more copies! :)
The woodgrain paper is beautiful:
and is meant to be cut into strips, and taped together to create a long band of paper/ribbon. :)
I printed mine on some sparkly cardstock I had. You can barely see the sparkles in the picture below. :)
Pair these tags with kraft paper to really compliment the rustic woodsy natural look and feel. :) You can get creative with how you attach your gift tags. I used a combination of jute twine, bakers twine, and some white fuzzy yarn. You can even tear your woodgrain paper into strips to get more of a rough look.
Just write your "to" and "from" on the back of the tag and you have a beautiful clean looking package. :)
